Man hits new milestone by eating 30000th Big Mac hamburgers

A retired U.S. prison guard has eaten his 30,000th Big Mac, almost 46 years after eating his first.

WBAY reported that 64-year-old Don Gorske reached the milestone at a McDonald's in Fond du Lac, Wisc. on Friday.

He's been eating Big Macs since 1972 when he bought his first one.

And in 2016, USA Today tagged along with Gorske to watch him eat his 29,000th Big Mac.

"You can't take Big Macs in front of the inmates", he said. He keeps tracks of receipts, containers, and sandwich wrappers. And that in turn would work out to consuming 1.786 Big Macs every single day since the Nixon administration.

Residents participate in National Drug Take Back Day
The take back initiative only accepts pills and patches that are expired or unused; no needles or inhalers were taken. If you are not able to make a drop off on April 28, there are permanent collection boxes throughout the state.

Gorske claims that despite eating the fast food favorite atleast one time every day, his cholesterol and blood pressure readings are both ordinary.

Naturally, he's featured in Morgan Spurlock's 2004 film Super Size Me, in which he estimated that "90 percent of [his] solid diet is probably Big Macs".

Gorske also collects mementos of his Big Mac orders. He gave them a half-hour presentation before taking that record-breaking bite into two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, and onions on a sesame seed bun.

Gorske has appeared in numerous television shows including Rachel Ray Show, Oprah, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Inside Edition, and Lopez Tonight.
