Doom on the Switch Gets a November Release Date

Doom on the Switch Gets a November Release Date

The Switch port includes the full game: single-player campaign, arcade mode, multiplayer and all DLC. So it seems there's nothing to panic about in regards to DOOM being any less DOOM on the Switch. In celebration of this announcement, Bethesda has also released a new video with the game's creative director, Hugo Martin, and executive producer, Marty Stratton, as they discuss the features and modes that'll be included in the game.

Will you be picking up Doom on Nintendo Switch?

Speaking of multiplayer, there will not be split screen co-op for the game. The highly anticipated release of Doom on the Nintendo Switch is officially less than a month away, as revealed in a new developer interview with id Software. All three are at the point of being "nice to play again" purchases for the majority, so hopefully they won't encroach too much on each others sales.

Martin said the team are enthusiastic about having mature games on the Switch, with ports from id sister studios bringing Skyrim and Wolfenstein 2 to the console. That's even earlier than the leaked December release date that was circulating after the game was listed by a European retailer a few weeks ago.

Mobile drops unlimited LTE perk for trips to Canada and Mexico
The carrier adds that less that less than 1% of users with this plan use over 5GB of data when traveling to Canada and Mexico. The mobile carrier said that it wants to improve and make a decision to "prevent usage beyond the intent of the product ".

The November 10 release date of Doom on the Switch is the start of a huge week for the console, with LA Noire coming out on November 14 and then Skyrim finally arriving on November 17.

If you're a Bethesda fan and own a Nintendo Switch, you have every reason to be excited.

Nonetheless, we can look forward to DOOM coming very soon and just in time to get used to the new controls before the holidays roll around.
