California boy killed protecting sister from mother's ex-boyfriend, grandma says

California boy killed protecting sister from mother's ex-boyfriend, grandma says

According to the criminal complaint, 23-year-old Deandre Chaney Jr. was allegedly performing a criminal lewd act on Dante's 7-year-old sister when the little boy stepped in to help. He would never make it there again.

Adding, 'This guy beat my grandson with a hammer.

An 8-year-old boy from Sacramento, California was beaten to death on September 1 while attempting to protect his younger sister from molestation. She said the boy was beaten with a hammer "down to his spine".

Lighter fluid was also reported to have been used.

Immediately after the attack, Dante was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared brain dead.

Brown said even after Dante's death, he's continuing to help people.

"Trying to save his sister from this child molester, and that's why he was beat the worst", Dante's grandmother, Monique Brown, told KTXL-TV this week. "He was a lot sensitive".

Kenya's Supreme Court explains why it nullified presidential polls
The Supreme Court has held IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati responsible for playing a role in bungling the August 8 presidential election.

Chaney Jr.is facing murder and attempted murder charges as well as charges related to the molestation of the seven-year-old sister.

Chaney, who argued no challenge a year ago to a charge of neglecting to enroll as a sex wrongdoer, was the ex of Dante's mom, 28-year-old Elizabeth Salone. At some point, investigators say Chaney turned the hammer and a knife on her, as well as her mother.

Police said a 16-year-old was detained in connection with the death of 14-year-old Bedford resident, Kaytlynn Cargill.

"We are asking for any help possible due to the fact the kids need multiple surgeries along with medical bills and recovery".

Doctors were able to recover Dante's heart and donate the organ.

In another incident in October 2015, an 11-year-old boy died while pushing his sister away from the path of a speedy vehicle.

"Dante gave his heart to a 4-year-old In Southern California, so a 4-year-old lives because of [him]", Brown said.
